  • I have been coming here off and on for the past year. But after today I won't be coming back. My nail tech was friendly and gave me extra massage on my legs but was very sloppy with my pedicure and manicure. She rushed my manicure and didn't even shape my nails. I inquired if she was going to shape them more and she looked puzzled. I asked her to shape them and she rushed it again. I then took over the nail file and struggled to make them look better. After struggling a good 5 minutes or longer the manager came over and helped. My polish was done sloppy and left me polish on the sides. I'm tired and don't want to speak up anymore. I'm about to leave so I remove the tissue from my toes only to realize my big toe was painted sloppily and looked chipped. Yet I hadn't moved. I was going to paint myself and the nail tech came and corrected it. I'm very easy to please in terms of my nails and this has been the WORST experience I've ever had while getting a mani/pedi. I won't be back ever. Too bad as they were conveniently close.
