  • Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We have often stayed here on several occasions for little stay-cation get-a-ways and often recommend this resort to our out of town guests visiting AZ. However, considering our last couple of visits here I will never again give recommendations or patronage to this business again. Our experiences have been disheartening to say the least. They employ less than adequate staff and management personnel who show no respect towards their guest and lack proper skills in customer service. On more than one occasion our service and treatment was beyond terrible. We probably would have been treated better staying at a Motel 8!! Such a shame this resort is aesthetically pleasing when the service and hospitality is definitely less than desirable.
