| - This review is based on experiences that I have had personally, and from two other encounters with this amazing auto service. I'll break it down in a couple sections to help streamline this.
Appointment Wait Time: I called them on a Saturday looking for an appointment, they got me in on Monday morning by 10am. I was very happy with the quick response time. They also send you a text message to remind you of appointment times, which is a new feature that I haven't seen before.
Service Center: Now, I know people tend to wait for their cars to be serviced in the hopes that it will be pushed to the front of the queue, but sadly that isn't how life works. Just because you want to constantly bug the staff, doesn't grant you special privileges. They have chairs and a vending machine, but no large tv with day-time shows running. So, if you are going to wait, please bring a book. The staff probably have enough to deal with.
Service: I recently got an oil change, and tire rotation. I always get a full synthetic blend for oil. The total amount was roughly $60 dollars for everything. I haven't noticed any leaking of oil, or oil burning on the motor. So, they take the time to ensure they clean up any spills, and double check all work done. They do a full check of important systems to ensure your car is safe to operate, which is nice to have.
Overall: I recently moved auto shops from a company not far away from this one, and I can say I'm very happy. The manager told me that this is a family run operation, and that alone makes any charges worth it. I will always support a local business, over a cheap chain bent on charging you outrageous pricing. My truck will need major mileage servicing soon, and I know for a fact I will take my vehicles here. If you check in on Yelp, they will take $5 bucks off your bill too!!
