One way to never earn my business again is to give poor customer service.
I simply wanted an eyebrow wax. I was acknowledged and greeted when I walked in. I was told the wait was brief for an eyebrow wax so I decide to stay. I sat. And I sat. And I sat. Two other ladies who came in after me who perhaps had appointments were taken before me. No problem. But the problem was that I wasn't acknowledged any more. So what did I do? Stood up to leave. Still nothing. That's my last visit.
11/14/17 Everyone deserves a second chance, right? So I gave this spot one more chance. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and shockingly recognized for my not-so-favorable last review! I received an apology and an explanation. Much better service today and I'm glad I came back.
