Roadtrip tip: plan your hotels around major cities- it's easier to get in and out of spots in the suburbs, and less overwhelming to try and feed yourself when you're not in the thick of a downtown center. For our Ohio stop, we choose a spot in Willoughby Hills, and then at the advice of a friend we went to swank Chagrin Falls for date night during our move to Vermont, as a nice change from roadside dining to a fancy dinner and some dessert.
Jeni's was BEYOND. Maybe some of the best ice cream ever in the history of ice cream. And we really love ice cream- we certainly consume our fair share of it. This was such a wonderful surprise to literally stumble upon!
I don't really have anything else to say other than wonderful, yummy, best ever- it was a cute shop jammed with folks and everyone looked pleased. I guess the only bummer is that Jeni's is like $58 a pint here at the grocery store and so I'll probably never enjoy it again :(
