  • We bought over $5,000 worth of furniture back in October. They said it would be delivered in two weeks. It was a month later and we still didn't have our furniture. They gave excuse after excuse why it wasn't ready to be delivered yet. When we finally got the chairs they weren't even done correctly. Bolts were missing and the bottoms of the seats were missing on 5 of the 6 chairs. Again more excuses on why it was done wrong. Here it is a few days before new years and we finally have what we ordered done correctly. Not kind of compensation was offered. Hardly any apology from management. Just excuse after excuse. We will never go back to this store and will tell others about our experience.
