  • My wife and I moved into Ventana in 2015. After few months in the apartment we have faced issues with pest which required a Pest Control treatment, the office staff helped us with that and after two days of treatment everything pest was gone. All issues were carefully addressed by Ashley and her staff, I have nothing bad to say about the maintenance guys, they are really great. Also, when my wife and I needed to move into a first floor apartment they were very supportive in finding one for us, we were really afraid of moving again to a new community. I also agree with few other comments here that the Management of this community must start a complete appliance update into the apartments as well as cabinet updates. Compared to other communities around the area this is one of the pain point in Ventana.
