  • I had seen Insectek advertisement in my homeowners association news letter. I of course looked them up on yelp and saw glowing reviews. The people in the office were very helpful and courteous. I was nervous about spraying inside of the house because of my dog and cat ,so I chose one of the first available appointments to have the exterior treated for scorpions. I was at work and received the email report of what the rep did and found. Fast forward a few days and we found a live scorpion in the house. I then realized I should have sprayed in the house. I called the office and told them what I found . They offered to send the rep back out at no charge to me . They scheduled the rep Adam to come back out that Saturday so i could be home to watch my animals.. Adam arrived on time ,was very informative about the products used and put my mind to ease about spraying pesticide around my beloved pets. He treated the inside of the house and retreated the outside as a precaution. I was impressed by everyone I dealt with at Insectek,especially my rep Adam . Needless to say I signed up for a Bimonthy Pest Prevention Program.
