  • Very friendly staff, but I felt as if compared to other orthodontists, they didn't have a set plan for you. Other orthos seem to check up with their past clients and want to check how their teeth are after service. For me personally, it wasn't until shortly after I realized my teeth werent as straight as I had wished. I've been wearing my retainers every day since I got my braces off as well. I only had my braces on for about a year and little did I know that I could have fixed it a lot better. Overall, they are great people and their service is wonderful. IMO, I just was not happy with my experience.
