  • I wanted to change my brown ombre to purple. The student (who is graduating in a month) dyed my hair 3 times(wash and blow dry after each), and it looks nothing like the example picture I showed her. Over 6 hours later, my hair just looks black (slightly red color in the light), my beautiful ombre is gone and covered up, and my hair is damaged. They at least gave me a discount and a free conditioning treatment, but my long, pretty hair is ruined.
