I don't usually leave reviews for online companies, but I feel that some of the reviews may be unfair so I wanted to share my experience. Here it is:
I searched for a direct flight using Kayak. FlightNetwork had the lowest price for the airline I wanted to fly with, so I booked it - I received my booking confirmation immediately. I received my e-tickets an hour later. I used my confirmation code to verify my booking on the airline's website without fail. The only shortcoming in this process was reading the Yelp reviews with horror - what a waste of time and added stress!
I booked a direct flight with a credit card that has a reasonable limit and the activity was within my spending patterns. I'm guessing that a few of the issues in other reviews fall into these categories and may be unfair. Someone else complained that their flight times kept changing - I don't see what the booking agent can do about airline schedules. I did not pay any additional service fees either. If people feel this is a bait and switch, just refuse to pay the higher fare and book with someone else.
