If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would! My mom and I flew into the airport and were expecting to rent a car from here. Upon arrival to the main terminal of car rental places, we noticed that Dollar wasn't there. Apparently, you have to take a second shuttle bus to get to this place. Our flight got in pretty late and it was about 11:30pm when we got to the car rental terminal. We then waited for about 20 minutes for this second shuttle to take us to get our car. It never came. I ended up calling Dollar to see when their shuttle was coming. The woman on the phone was the most incompetent person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. She kept giving me vague directions and told me I had to go back to the main airport terminal. When I told her that we were literally standing in front of a sign that said "Dollar Car Rental Shuttle Service", she then got confused and told us to just wait for the bus. By this time it was round 11:55pm, and she then tells me "Oh by the way, Dollar will be closing at 11." Wait WHAT? I asked "11 what? am or pm?" She then says "11pm". Uhm....okay it is now MIDNIGHT, was she really trying to give me directions to a closed location? Yup she was. I then told her it was an hour past 11pm and she gets confused once again and says "oh I'm sorry ma'am, but it appears this location is now closed." Are you kidding me? We literally were stranded at this point and I asked her what she expected us to do? Walk to our hotel? She then tried to look up 24 hour locations. She then proceeded to ask me if I was anywhere near two different airports (NOT including Cleveland Hopkins). What? I'm sorry. I didn't realize we had teleported to a different airport. We ended up giving up on this dumb woman and rented with another company that was still open. Long story short, JUST DON'T RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
