  • I would give this Sports Authority zero stars if I could. I went in to the store and wasn't greeted or helped. I had three broken racquet balls that I had bought from the store a few months ago. And it says right on the Penn can "two for one if the Penn logo is still visible." So I went and grabbed two cans then headed to check out and I told and showed the manager the broken racquet balls. And I explained that I needed to get replacements. The manager preceded to tell me that I was wrong and that's not how it works. And told me I have to pay $3.50 for each and we don't honor the Penn warranty/agreement. I have been playing racquet ball for thirty years and I have always gone to sports authority for equipment, and they used to always take care of problems like this all the time. The management and customer service is terrible now. So, beware of this Sports Authority.
