  • Maize is just ok. I heard about its feature on Food Network and decided to give it a try. The dining experience is laid back but only if you manage to get a seat. And the food is mediocre at best. I usually get the Torta Ahogada, which is a hit or miss. They really need to work on consistency. Nowadays, I just wait until a trip to Chicago to fulfill my Mexican food cravings.
