  • They have been serving a largely unchanged stable of some of the most mediocre and underwhelming beer in the valley for decades. That's not to say the beer is bad, Hop Knot and Kilt Lifter were trailblazers here when finding any local craft beer was nearly impossible and they'll always be appreciated for that. Unfortunately, they were left in the dust many years ago by upstart breweries with actual guts who weren't afraid to take chances and try new things. The main draw now is their fantastic patio and good food.
