  • Perhaps my expectations were too high based on the reviews but I wasn't overly impressed with this place. It's also possible (likely) that I ordered wrong. I ate at the bar and the bartender was perfectly friendly but I found the atmosphere to be lacking and the draft beer selection relatively weak. I ordered a bit outside the box by getting the rising sun burger which is a Japanese take on their traditional hamburger. Although it definitely wasn't bad, it didn't quite work for me. I guess I felt like if I wanted the flavor profile of sushi, I would have rather ordered sushi/actual Japanese food. The burger itself was of high quality and tasted more like steak- perhaps it was a bit overdone for my liking but it was missing the fatty flavor of some of my favorite burgers. The onion rings were solid. I wouldn't not go back but will likely try one of the many other burger options in Vegas first.
