  • If I could give them a negative, I would! The management is a joke. They act like they are so superior and can barely manage their office. Thus far we've had maintenance come here multiple times, to fix the same things over and over, it's ridiculous. Despite managements desire to completely blame the maintenance for all the issues- it's not. The office team is very sad, and Devon that works in the office is so unprofessionally inappropriate that he should just pick a new " profession." When I go into the office the " property manager " rolls her eyes and says " what's the issue now"? Well.... We moved into water damage, literally our ceiling had water in it from upstairs ..... I can't even say what all has gone wrong. Please, I am an actual resident, unlike these fake posts about people saying they love it here. No exaggeration the first week I lived here i found a dead rat and a dead bird. Please, don't live here. Besides there is no where to park!! We got a parking ticket because there are no places to park. Verano, wanna get better - get a new job. You all are clearly all in the wrong field.
