  • Very short wait for a busy Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Multiple servers were working the table, so it was slightly confusing but very attentive. We started with a shrimp cocktail and half dozen Kumamoto oysters on the half shell. Both very satisfying, shrimp well cooked, oysters briny and sweet. We ordered the lobster roll and combo pan roast for our mains. Lobster roll came with super crunchy fries that were yummy. Lobster roll was good, large pieces and not too much mayo. Pan roast was amazing, rich full of crab, lobster and shrimp. Heat level was four, and that seemed good just enough heat with out blowing out the other flavors. Plenty of left overs and looking forward to those today. Over all great experience and nice to have this establishment back at the Santa Fe.
