  • CafĂ© Mirage's over expansion resulted in their demised over the years. Many of their operations had shut down in 2011 and 2012. The lack of quality control is an indication of design failure. It was apparent that Mirage had many scalability issues. There were too many menu options. Mirage had lost sight of their core competencies.The restaurant was filled with performance bottlenecks.
