  • I don't give one star reviews lightly, but I cannot tell you how disappointed we were with our experience at Bonterra. I've never gotten up and walked out of a restaurant until I went there. We had chosen Bonterra for a special occasion. The ambiance was the only thing they had going for them. To quickly sum up our experience- our waiter was inattentive and seemed aa though he couldn't care less when we asked questions. My husband ordered bourbon, neat and was given bourbon with crushed ice. Numerous drinks I was considering between were all unavailable because they forgot to place a bar/liquor order (and this was the weekend before Christmas). Our appetizer was incredibly dry making it inedible. We decided to pay our bill at that point and go to another restaurant.
