  • Made an appointment for my Sons haircut, and we were told it was at 1:45 PM on the phone. We get there before the appointment, and sign in. 40 minutes role by, and they decide to tell us that our appointment was actually 2:45PM. AFTER 40 Minutes of sitting there! We could have gotten a lot done in the time that we were sitting there. We left without a haircut, because she didn't want to admit her mistake.
