  • I've been coming to the cupcake shoppe for years at their downtown location and now i don't need to travel from richmond hill anymore. I wanted to post something here because the reviews Im reading are not an accurate representation of the staff and quality of the product they sell. I have never had a bad experience here. I have ordered my anniversary cupcakes, my moms birthday cake, superbowl cupcakes and much more from here and have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly and are willing to go out of their way to make sure everything works out for me. I have introduced a lot of my friends to this shop and they have had nothing bad to say about it. I will keep coming back to this place!!
