  • My cousin wanted to get a tattoo. He set up an appointment and input his 20% reservation. Meanwhile, his artist got sick or had a family issue and had to cancel. My cousin lives in Paris and has to leave a few days after. We asked for the deposit back in case we cannot find an artist at Club Tattoo. Club Tattoo has a no refund policy even when it is them who falters their plans. We will try to find another artist there but that makes absolutely no sense. Worst customer service experience ever. The girl on the phone hung up on me actually. I have had piercings here and love buying gauges but I never return to establishments that treat their customers like shit. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau as well. It's also the most expensive tattoo shop in the valley. $120 an hour is more than doctors make! Y'all are artists - NOT doctors. All business is customer service so get it right please.
