I seriously sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. I waited on my drinks for additional 10 minutes after pulling up to the window. 35 minutes total. Too long and too hot for all of that. I specifically asked for a kid's temperature caramel steamer and I still had to let it cool off before drinking it. I told the partner that it was still too hot. He and the rest of the staff argued that it was right and that it wasn't too hot. I use to work for Starbucks and that drink was over 130°. Furthermore, that's not good customer service to argue with a guest. If I say that it is wrong, then it is wrong. Overall, the service was very slow. There's a Starbucks on every street corner so I have a lot to choose from. I won't be going there anymore.
