  • Don't ever purchase anything used from them!!! We purchased a used bass a few months ago for our son for $70. He decided he didn't want it so we were going to sell it back to Guitar Center. We weren't expecting to get back what we paid for it. The sales person looked at it and said we can't take this because there is something wrong with the neck. We were like "Why would you sell this to us when something was wrong with it in the first place?" He said you could have brought it back. Well how is a kid just learning how to play suppose to know something is wrong with their bass?!! They sold us something they knew was messed up! You're Dead To Me Guitar Center!!! Took total advantage of us.
