  • I am VERY UNHAPPY with the "service" Michael provided. We had an issue with our dishwasher not draining properly but we weren't sure if the pump had gone bad or if it was just a clogged drain. We called Michael and scheduled a time for him to come take a look. He proceeded to replace the drain pump without mentioning what the cost would be or making a recommendation that we'd be better off just buying a new dishwasher. He was in our home for 34 minutes. He charged $264!!!!!! $100 for a "service call fee", $80 for 34 minutes of labor time, and $84 for the part. Typically all repairmen I've dealt with in the past will be honest and upfront about the costs BEFORE proceeding with the work and will make a recommendation if we'd be better off buying a new appliance rather than spending nearly as much just to repair an old appliance. And it is common practice that if the repairmen is hired to proceed with work then the service call fee is applied towards the cost of labor and parts. The way Michael conducted business with us is beyond sub par and borderline fraudulent! CAN'T BE TRUSTED TO DEAL HONESTLY. DON'T USE HIM!
