  • I visited Bowties today for my third dress appointment, and could not be happier with the experience I had! I had visited two different David's Bridal locations in the last week to look at dresses and get an idea of what I wanted, but was completely blown away by Bowties today. My appointment was at 1:30 with Ivanna (the owner) and she was nothing short of amazing. She helped me choose tons of dresses to try on, while being conscious of my budget and what I wanted to spend. She knew that I had just started looking at wedding dresses, so she wanted me to play around and try on as many as I wanted. (Other stores told me that in my 90 minute appointment, I could only try on 3-5 gowns). Ivanna made me feel extremely comfortable while trying on all of the dresses, and her opinion and expertise made the appointment that much better. She was honest in telling me which dresses she thought fit and looked the best, and helped me to accessorize the gowns that I liked. I am someone who is typically somewhat indecisive, but she made the decision making process easy for me and pulled dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. She spent time with me and never once made me feel rushed. My appointment ended up lasting a little over 2 hours, but she continued to pull dresses that she thought I should try, and told me that she had time to spend with me, if I had the time to spend at the appointment with her. Ivanna was extremely professional and such a huge help in my dress buying process. She did not try to sell me on a higher priced dress; She was ultimately concerned with me loving the dress, rather than making a bigger sale. She was not pushy whatsoever, but ended up finding the perfect dress for me. She was absolutely wonderful and I am so happy that I had the experience of shopping at Bowties for my dress. I cannot wait to go back and have my first fitting in February and choose my veil and belt. She made this experience unforgettable and I will be sure to recommend Bowties to any brides I know.
