  • This was our first time at Blue Ginger. Food was excellent with Four Treasures and sweet and sour chicken. The four treasures had beef, chicken, scampis and shrimp . It was excellent as was the sweet and sour chicken! As well, the mushroom soup, not your typical, was very good. Service is excellent with server Wendy. And finally the bar menu is extensive. Dirty martini was made well! This is not the typical Asian restaurant. The attention to detail and presentation of food was above standard. We will definitely frequent Blue Ginger! Don't let the fact that it is in a shopping center keep you away. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
