I purchased my 4 Runner from Dave Wilson but service it closer to my home at Autonation. Michelle takes care of checking me in and does a great job but the Service Manager at this dealership is the reason I am giving this service department 5 stars. His name is Dwayne Kinsley and his title is "Customer Care Director." I had some small issues and stepped into his office for some help. He immediately stopped what he was doing and went above and beyond to solve the issues in an efficient and professional manner. Toyota is lucky to have him on board. He not only took care of me, but I observed that he had an excellent manner when speaking to his employees. I will always recommend going to this dealership to any Toyota owners. Great job!
