  • Spent around $2,500 on a sofa with a side sectional. After 10 months the fabric is stretched out of shape. The cushions are out of shape and have little structure left. Ashley sent out a Tech Guy. He said the furniture frame is good and the fabric is designed to look all wrinkled after a while of use. It doesn't look good and because of the foam cushions it's very uncomfortable. Ahh, what do you want when you only spend $2,500. I guess I should have spent a lot more for a sofa combo. Maybe then it wouldn't look like it spent 10 years in a frat house. I did speak to a Store Manager. He offered to sell me another set at a very deep discounted price. How wonderful! I just bought a lot of furniture at RC Willey. Much, much better customer service. No more Ashley's for me.
