  • They REALLY push getting the extra insurance on you. I had to say "NO" 3 times. I was booked through Expedia, so the line wasn't too bad, but the prepaid customers were waiting longer and some weren't happy. Best part was the guy when I checked the car in. He was Professional and Helpful. I think if you look at the bar reviews and the fact that a Manager doesn't comment on them on Yelp is a bad sign.
