Prior to my visit today, I've had mixed service including the sales associate not including my receipt for a purchase of shoes that broke the following day. I could not return the item for cash back or get a new pair because they were the last in their style. Over the years I've noticed the level of customer service go down steadily. Today I was not offered help by any of the sales associates in the shoe department. The only associate doing her job offered help to one customer while the rest of the sales associates congregated around the center of the department and talked about lunch. None of them bothered to help the surrounding customers, even an elderly lady that sought out help. I made eye contact several times with one associate and she just turned away and asked her coworker about her lunch break. With that, I left and bought nothing.
