| - ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS FOR THESE PEOPLE! I did not know that Budget Van Lines was going to assign me to a 3rd rate moving company with careless employees, unskilled movers, rude drivers and zero customer service. They were responsible for wrapping the all wood bedroom set, and the damage occurred when the wrapping came off when Randy, who was loading the truck decided to turn my chest of drawers upside down and damaged it right in our driveway. They told me to call Ashley at customer care, which I later found out is customer WE DON'T CARE, who said she would take care of it and have it rewrapped and help me with the claim. The next thing was they called me to tell me that box #164 was not going to be delivered, as it got wet, and they assumed that the box and all it's contents needed to be thrown away, or perhaps did they open it and decide to keep it as it contained 2 boxes of brand new silverware still in the boxes amongst other valuable and expensive kitchen items? Now, the movers show up to deliverer the goods, and here's where it gets bad. Leor was the driver, an angry and rude man who never once stepped foot into our house. I did check, and yes, he is supposed to, to oversee the move. It was raining and we had asked about the stairs being covered as the carpet was new, Budget said it would be done, but Leor just pointed to his shoes and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. My wife put down the plastic that we had from another move and this just seemed to annoy him as he was in a hurry with 3 deliveries to make from Tampa to Orlando. The 2 guys unloading the truck were unskilled and i later found out did not do this for a regular job, but came from some employment service. One had a gang related tattoo on his face, maybe he's a good guy, but still?? He was careless and was dropping boxes from waist high. They damaged quite a bit of stuff but worst of all, EVERY piece of bedroom furniture was damaged, headboard, footboard, side rails, nightstand and chest of drawers. All items they damaged was from poor wrapping to poor handling. After talking with Brittney and Ashley in customer care and assuring me they would personally handle the claim with CSO PROS I was offered $51 for the bedroom set damage and 0 for the lost box. MY calls are ignored and promises they make are always broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
