  • I absolutely love the furniture at this store, HOWEVER, their customer service is horrible. Every time I go in their store, no one asks me if I need anything or have any questions. Today, I stopped in to order a table that they are out of stock on. I had to ask some guy sitting at a desk, eating his lunch, if he could help me. Mind you, his desk is on the sales floor! He told me to write what I needed on a post it and include my name and number. As he threw the note on top of a pile, his parting words were: "Hopefully it will be in soon". ......no ETA, no instructions or info given for follow up. Fortunately, I found the table I wanted online that I'll be ordering today. STRIKE THREE, potato Barn is out. As much as I like the furniture, I won't be back.
