  • Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a while. Walked in and was greeted by sales associate LaNiece. She took her time to get to know me and what gucci products work for me. I told her I've been eyeing the soho purse, but didn't plan on purchasing until possibly my anniversary in a few months. This didn't stop her from continuing to show interest and help me figure out what bag I'm comjng back to purchase and even what size I am in their gucci shoes. I cannot say how much this experience speaks volumes of well trained employees who win clients over. Although I'm in California I will be calling this store for all future gucci purchases thanks to LaNiece.
