  • Sushi Hiro is exactly what Las Vegas is missing. Just good, honest, high quality sushi. We ordered the $65 omakase and it was perfect! So much food I could not finish it all. We had sashimi to start, then nigiri, 1 cooked fish and then more sashimi. Not only was the quality fresh but we were lucky enough to sit in front of Chef Hiro son. Needless to say he was one of the nicest Sushi Chefs I've ever had. 5 stars is easy!
