  • It depends on which home you live in. For the first 3 months I lived here I was in a triplex home. Every level was about 700 square feet, it was not the best. But then we moved to another home, it was a bit more expensive, but worth it. It was only two levels and looked much niver and bigger. Each level was about 1400 sq ft. So more spacious. When they opened the cubs training, it was nice, but the rent went too high and we moved. Pros: Very close to tempe marketplace and ASU. It is a collage campus with lots of students. Usually quite. Big 2 car garages. Two different swimming pools. Many gated exits and enterances. Close to shopping and Mesa Riverview. Cons: don't move into the triplex homes. Rent increased too much, but it is in the center of tempe life. Some parts of the complex are divided between Mesa and Tempe, which can get confusing for inviting friends and mail delivery. You have to be very careful about that.
