  • I booked this Hotel through Book.com (thats a whole other story)to stay while We were in town for my grandson graduation checking into the hotel i felt like i was being interviewed I was asked the purpose of my visit..... who did I work for..... and then after other questions that didn't have anything to do with given me a room on the bottom floor (That was requested upon making reservation)that we didnt get i was told not asked when I receive a survey in my email to make sure i give them a good score (yea right)... Now we are in the room that smells like mildew the pillows smelled of previous person perfume. .. the shower curtain was to short and when we showered there was a waiting pool outside the tub No dishes cups anything to use in the kitchen. Next morning we leave out to go to my grandson gradation to come back to the room that evening to find our room door OPEN when we called front desk and ask who has been in the room since you dont get room service if your staying less then 7 days the response was "I dont know"..... WTH so our response was get the paperwork ready we are getting the hell out of here.... cant find anything that was taken but our garment hanging bag had definitely been search through whatever they thought we had or whatever they were looking for they didn't find..... This place sucks never again will we stay at this hole in the wall again.
