  • After a lot of internet window shopping I finally went to 4 Wheel Parts to make my purchase. I dealt with Carlo and so far I have nothing but good things to say. He was very informative about which wheels and tires were "good" and why, and helped me make my selection based on what I wanted versus what I had found online. Actually, it turns out that I had in fact selected good items online - beginner's luck I guess - and the only thing I had messed up was the backspacing on the wheels. No worries, Carlo got me straightened out. It was about 4 PM when I bought so obviously the manufacturer was closed, but Carlo called me the next day to inform me that the wheels were backordered and then called once more to give me an update. It couldn't have been an easy call because it was bad news (not his fault), but I appreciate him tackling the difficult phone call and not just ignoring me or waiting for me to call. I bought the ProComp 6" Stage 2 lift with 35" Toyos and originally selected the Fuel Krank polished chrome wheels, but those were the backordered items. Carlo will check for alternatives from a list I made and I'm sure we'll get something else I like just as much. UPDATE: Carlo found me a better wheel alternative at no extra cost. Everything is installed and it looks FANTASTIC!! Rides like a dream and I couldn't be happier with both the customer service as well as the product/installation. I didn't get to meet the mechanics who did the actual work but they deserve great credit. When I need more stuff I'll definitely go back to Carlo, and I'll recommend them to everyone I know who needs this kind of thing :)
