  • Big's is the worst furniture store ever! I purchased dining room chairs and they said delivery would be within 7-10 business days. After 2 weeks I called and spoke with Mariah who stated the chairs would be delivered the following Friday. That Saturday I called Mariah again and she told me the same story. After getting the runaround from Mariah numerous times I decided to go into the store directly. Ken said that I would get a refund if that's what I wanted. It's been 2 weeks and I still do not have a refund. Now I have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Ken clearly does not have any integrity or communication skills! Please save yourself time and aggravation by purchasing furniture from another store.
