  • I have been living at Avilla Town Square for almost 1 week. I have never been happier in a rental. The home I rent is brand new and beautiful. My leasing agent (Anna) has been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue I could mention is the location of my covered parking space. That is assigned by corporate though. I highly recommend Avilla Town Square homes.
