Learn how to treat locals! I was online looking for a pair of gloves and happened upon some Oakley SI Lightweight. Turns out since I was meeting my wife at the Outlet I thought I would give them a shot. The store was empty and the staff was talking. That was fine I began looking. After a few minutes of searching for a particular size and color I asked for help. The lady that helped me s22annab (her cashier id) did not seem too interested in doing so but did nonetheless. I made my purchase decision but their payment processor was forcing me to enter a pin on my check card instead of allowing me to use Visa. She found this "entertaining" and I found it unsettling. At this point her "annoyance" was written all over her face and in her tone. In a store inundated by tourists to our fair city this employee failed to deliver. Will keep my business online rather than inconvenience staff with future brick and mortar purchases.
