I had very little yoga experience when I signed up for the intro to yoga workshop at Bliss Flow. I felt like this workshop was perfect for getting me up to speed so that I could begin attending the medium level classes.
Since my free intro week, I've used the student discount and other promotions to pay for classes. I feel like I've learned a lot at Bliss Flow and am really happy with the classes and teachers. The classes have a very positive environment, and I always feel comfortable asking questions or simply pausing my practice and doing a different pose if I'm not able to do the suggested one. I have a running injury that prevents me from doing some poses, and this is never an issue. The teachers also often suggest modifications for most poses so that everyone can participate.
It is true that some classes get very crowded. Allie's classes seem especially crowded, but I think that she is excellent at managing the large group of people and it is rare that the number of people in the studio distracts me from my practice. I haven't been to classes with all of the teachers, but so far I really enjoy Allie, Heather, and Amber's classes. These three are great at describing and demonstrating poses as well as giving advice and modifications.
