  • Just got a gel mani pedi and I'm unimpressed. My pedicure was the basic and I added paraffin wax. I have callus dry patches still left on my feet. The water used to soak was like warm and I asked for it to be hotter is was barely warm. The paint job on my hands is not good and they didn't so any cuticle clean up. I asked for the paint to be cleaned but he didn't really do much to change it. They are friendly but my tech barely understood me which could be why I'm unhappy. I was charged $61 for what I consider to be a lackluster experience. Won't be returning. The only good thing is the spa is clean, friendly staff and good choice of TV but that all doesn't matter is my nails look like crap.
