  • I've lived in the area for a while and never knew this place had a kitchen just walking by the storefront. I think the Yelp category of simple "grocery" doesn't help because Courage doesn't pop up when searching for dining options (although I don't think they need more publicity as they do brisk business). If you're looking for a flavourful home cooked meal for take out, this is the place. Great for those nights you don't feel like cooking. We've tried all their crockpots on rotation so far, their quiche is to die for and best pulled pork ever! Just be warned that you cannot be in a hurry. Service is friendly and very neighbourhoody, but a little on the slow side. Some might say it's pricey because it is food that you could possibly cook at home. But I think the quality, attention to detail, and delicious flavours make for good value.
