Been a regular for years. Portion control WAY down. If you ask for more you get little more and or quickly charged double. If the line is long they move too fast and jack up your order. It's a shame because I loved the chain. I guess the diarrhea incident and stock results changed their policies. Stick it to the customer. Sad
Update to Nov 27. The sign of a good restaurant is when the manager will reach out to you and make right on a wrong. Felicia personally called me and listened to my complaints, gave me a credit for my bad experience, personally apologized. I was very very impressed and I informed her that I come to this location frequently... I will continue to do so - Felicia is to be commended
