  • Apparently making an appointment means nothing at this salon. I made an appointment 2 days prior and showed up on time. When I walked in there were only several stylists working that day but they all knew I was an appointment and not a walk-in. Two were doing color and one was cutting hair. I was told they would get to me ASAP. Well 30 minutes later the stylist cutting hair finishes up with her client and I assume I am next. Wrong... she then proceeds to start shampooing another woman's hair. I finally asked what was going on and how much longer it would be. After some annoyed chatter back and forth between the stylists with an " I guess I could do it in about 20 minutes", I told them I was leaving. I know that days can get booked wrong and things can run behind but everyone knew I was there and had an appointment and no one even bothered to tell me that it would be 45 minutes to and hour before they would get to me when I walked in. I could have dealt with that, been understanding and would have probably come back in an hour. Now I am not going back ever again.
