  • I am not sure how to start this review. Perhaps by first admitting that I am an idiot when it comes to technology. I purchased an iPod with service agreement and other goodies. After realizing that I had spent $400 on a fancy radio, did I mention that I was technical repressed? I went back with my receipt to exchange for cellphone, I was prepared for a total loss honestly, however, I was surprised by the level of customer service and store policy. I got all my cash back and I now have a fancy telephone slash radio. Yay me!
