  • Extremely rude, crazy, creepy old guy working at the front desk. I was with my friends and apparently someone said one swear word, not a profanity laced tirade, but one single word. The guy started screaming at us about it being a family friendly place and we need to apologize. We said sorry we don't think we said anything bad but after he was so unbelievably rude to us we said fine we will leave. He follows us out and is screaming at us the whole time. I felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened. I will tell all of my friends, coworkers, and anyone else that I can about my experience here.
