I've passed by this place a bazillion times since they opened and never stopped in... for some reason the name never drew me in. So yesterday I came home from work and my hubby told me there were leftovers in the fridge from the pizza place on the corner. Cool, I was hungry, and leftover pizza is always a good thing. I pulled it out, threw on the toaster oven, warmed it up, and (insert singing angels and trumpets blazing) IT. WAS. GLORIOUS. The sauce that came with the amazing garlic knots (with chunks of roasted garlic cloves!!!!) was better than a boring Ranch that I expected. The pizza.... the crust was actually flavorful, not just your typical white flour muck the big chains use. Almost like a sourdough. Amazing. The sauce was thick and also flavorful which was refreshing in itself. And the big chunks of, what was it, basil? that I found on occasion really sent my taste buds into ecstasy. And don't get me started on the meatball and sausage slices. I'll be here forever!! Why oh WHY haven't I ordered from you guys sooner???!!
